Sometimes it seems like everybody is shooting with GoPro cameras now. Whether they're used for filming vacation videos on the beach or sporty action shots, all types of footage from the small devices riddles the Internet. But here's a first that only U.S. astronaut Terry Virts has achieved: GoPro in space.

NASA released a video this week of footage shot with a GoPro from the International Space Station on two separate spacewalks by Virts earlier this year. The video shows Virts installing cables on the station, but if you look past all the equipment, you can see views of the infinite space behind him and a sea of moving clouds on the Earth below.
