WINNERS - ARCTIC 2007

Contest Question
International Polar Year 2007-2008 provides an incredible opportunity for us to better understand the Earth’s polar regions, and to focus the world’s attention on their importance. There is a great deal of concern about changes occurring in the polar regions. In your opinion, what is the most important change that is occurring, and why is this change important to you? How would you help engage Canadians your age to better understand and address this change?

Respond by submitting an essay (500 words or less), journal, pictorial, poem, film or other creative submission.

Congratulations to the winners of the Polar Bound Contest - Arctic 2007:
