California PUC customers carry the freight for green think tank Thursday, April 10, 2008 Californians will be paying a surcharge on their monthly power and gas bills that will fund the California Institute for Climate Solutions to the tune of $600 million over the next 10 years. According to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, the institute will "bring together the state's pre-eminent colleges, universities and laboratories to fight climate change." Read more »
